BBR Graphics were recommended to us by Chris and Tony of B2B1 Print Solutions in Stockport. We were looking for a specific press, and after relaying our requirements to David Ross and John Goodwin at BBR, in a very short space of time they found the perfect machine at the absolute right price. BBR were excellent in every aspect of the deal, the press arrived on the day it was supposed to and was installed and operating within FIVE days, with the absolute minimum of disruption to our press hall. The installation engineers were very highly skilled and ironed out any problems before we knew about them. They did not leave our press hall until they were totally satisfied that the press was operating as it should. Three months after the press was installed, BBR returned to fix a few snags that had occurred, but there were not many, none were major, and everything was fixed with no fuss. We have a press which is operating perfectly, and which I have every confidence will continue to do so. I also know that if we have any problems, David and his team of engineers are on the end of a phone and are all too happy to help with advice whenever it is required. I would not hesitate to recommend BBR Graphics to anyone looking for a reconditioned press. Reconditioned is the wrong word – their machines are better than new. Steve Brown
