We had been looking for a Heildelberg SM 74-8P for a few months when we contacted BBR Graphics. We were positively impressed since the begining of our relationship with their fast and to-the-point answers to all our enquiries. Daniel Rost, our sales contact, showed to be a very reliable person in terms of timing and correctness of his feedbacks. We were looking for a company that could guarantee us a fully refurbished and installed machine in our premises in Tirana, Albania. Moreover, we wanted to swap our 4-color SM with the new machine, which added more complexity to the deal. Daniel managed to tailor BBR's offer in a perfectly suitable way to our financing needs, by swaping part of the price of the 8-color for the 4-color. We signed the contract and BBR took 10 weeks to fully refurbish the 8-color. When the machine arrived in Tirana, they took care of the dismantling and loading of the old machine and the installation of the new one. We were very satisfied with the high quality of the refurbishment, which has been carried out acurately in all details. Indeed the refurnishment list was long more than 3 full pages of checks. When the machine was installed and put to work, in less than 2 weeks, it looked like new.
