ELLAMS SECOND PURCHASE IN TWELVE MONTHS
It has been a difficult journey finding a company we can trust to delivery machine's to our factory in Kenya but finally I found the right supplier in BBR. I purchased my first press a SM74-5PLX "As IS" and then enquired about the possibility of BBR Installing the machine which they galdly did and with no hesitation. After the first smooth installation we were talking about introducing UV printing to our factory and with this contacted John Goodwin in Sales at BBR who talked me through the requirement and informed me a SM74-6LX with UV interdeck would meet with my needs and set about finding a press for me. They offered me a 2000 press which would not be available for 6 months but this fit prefectly with our financing and so moved forward with our second purchase in twelve months, after agreeing the deal we renquired about installing IR onto the press prior to the machine be dismantled which they did gladly. We received an enginners report on the press and with the tight budget we had purchased again in "As Is" condition and were confident BBR would install to their very high standards. It is refreshing in these times to come across such a genuine down to earth company who do not always put profit ahead of good customer relations. We wish them all the best for the future and look forward to expanding my business with such a good partner.
