From the initial concept discussion, throughout all the purchase negotiations to the final installation BBR have been extremely responsive. Normally the “after sales service” leaves a lot to be desired but the positive response from BBR was astounding. It appeared to me, all they wanted to ensure, was maximum productivity from day 1 of the installation and not just the sale. Any issues after the commissioning was promptly dealt with, even the smallest niggle was not a problem to the engineering staff, who were all extremely competent. It was refreshing that a reconditioned press looked as good as a new machine and the performance was as the initial concept, if not better.
